Health Care

One of the major resources in the town of Troy is our hospital. Sitting on a hill overlooking Main Street, First Health Montgomery Memorial Hospital more than meets the many medical needs of our community. Founded in 1950, the hospital underwent extensive renovations throughout 1991-1992. The hospital has a fully staffed emergency room, as well as an out-patient care facility. An Affiliation with Moore Regional Hospital puts one of the best medical facilities in the state at the disposal of our residents.

Other healthcare facilities available to Troy residents include:
  • Montgomery County Health Department
  • Sandhills Mental Health Counseling Center, and
  • Active chapters of Hospice and Red Cross
